When you pay, the version of the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use you accepted is recorded with the date of your acceptance. This page keeps the meaning of each recorded version available, so a later update never erases what you agreed to.
These documents are written in English for VIOM's international interface. An authoritative French version is published for consumers in France; where French mandatory consumer law applies, it prevails over any wording below.

Complete framework: legal notice, terms of use, terms of sale, privacy, cookies, content policy and withdrawal. Adds the published publication director, verified credit expiry rules, VAT wording, the retention schedule and the authoritative French versions.
How updates are handled
A new version is published with its own version number and effective date. The previous version is archived and stays listed here. Your acceptance record keeps the version you accepted, the date, your express request for immediate performance (if you gave one) and the purchase concerned. You can ask for a copy of your acceptance record at any time.
