VIOM is a service published and operated by RED BLOC, an entrepreneur individuel registered in France. The name of the person responsible for publication is being confirmed and will be added here; it can be obtained in the meantime by writing to contact@red-bloc.com.

VIOM relies on the following providers:

• Lovable (application hosting, edge runtime) — Hosts the VIOM website and application server. Global edge network.
• Supabase (managed through Lovable Cloud) — Database, authentication and private file storage. European Union (AWS eu-central-1, Frankfurt).
• Google Cloud Run and Cloud Tasks (VIOM Media Worker) — Audio extraction, segmentation and video rendering with FFmpeg. European Union (europe-west1) in the current deployment.
• OpenAI — Speech-to-text transcription (Whisper). United States — transfer outside the EU.
• Lovable AI Gateway — Routes viral analysis, caption emphasis and publishing metadata requests to the AI model. Routing may involve providers outside the EU.
• Stripe — Payment processing, subscriptions, invoices and the customer billing portal. Ireland / United States (Stripe group).
• Google Sign-In (OAuth) — Optional authentication method. United States.

Detailed hosting contact information can be requested at contact@red-bloc.com. For security reasons VIOM does not publish its detailed infrastructure architecture.

Payments, subscriptions and invoices are processed by Stripe. VIOM never receives or stores full payment card details; they are collected and processed by Stripe on Stripe's own pages.

The VIOM name, logo, interface, design, software, algorithms, documentation and original site content are protected. No transfer of VIOM intellectual property results from a subscription or a purchase of credits. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on this site remain the property of their respective owners.

A consumer mediator is being formally appointed. Mediator details will be published here and in the Terms of Sale before commercial launch to consumers in France.
