Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason and without penalty (Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).

• Monthly subscription: 14 days from the day the subscription is taken out
• Credit pack: 14 days from the day of purchase
• Free trial: no payment is made, so no withdrawal right is involved

VIOM is a digital service that can be used immediately. At checkout you are asked separately, with no pre-ticked box, whether you expressly request performance to begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code). Your answer and its date are recorded and confirmed to you.

If you did not give that request and acknowledgement, the right of withdrawal remains fully available. If performance has begun but is not complete, you may still withdraw; an amount proportionate to what has already been supplied may be retained where the law allows.

We acknowledge every withdrawal request. Where a refund is due, it is made without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of being informed, using the same payment method, unless you agree otherwise. Full details are in the Terms of Sale.

To stop future renewals of a subscription, you can also cancel at any time from your account or from the Stripe billing portal; cancellation and withdrawal are two different mechanisms.
